This policy explains how Celerity Intelligence handles personal information when you visit this website, send an enquiry, book a call or contact Abdulrahman Gure. Celerity is a UK-based, founder-led consultancy operated by Abdulrahman Gure.
Who is responsible for your information?
Celerity Intelligence is the controller for the information you choose to share with us. For privacy questions or requests, contact abdul.gure1@hello.celerityintelligence.com or call 07379 199182.
Information we may receive
- Contact details: your name, business name, email address, phone number and any details you include in a message.
- Business context: information about workflows, systems, operational problems or a potential project that you decide to tell us.
- Technical information: limited request, device and security information processed by the website host when pages or the enquiry endpoint are accessed.
- Booking and profile information: information you provide to third-party services when you choose to use the booking link or LinkedIn link.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange conversations, understand whether a potential engagement is suitable, provide agreed services, protect the website from misuse and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Our legal bases are usually taking steps at your request before an engagement, performing a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the business, or your consent where consent is required. You can withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis.
Website enquiries
When you submit the enquiry form, the details are sent through a server-side email-delivery service configured for Celerity. The current implementation is designed for AgentMail: the API key stays in the hosting environment, while the message, reply-to address and contact details are sent to the configured Celerity inbox. We do not place API keys or submitted form details in the public page code.
The form includes a hidden spam trap and basic request checks. These are used to protect the service and are not intended to profile visitors.
Third-party services
The site links to or may rely on external services including Vercel for hosting, AgentMail for form delivery when enabled, Calendly for booking and LinkedIn for the founder profile. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices when you use their services. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and analytics
The current website does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. Essential technical logs may still be created by the hosting or security providers. A third-party page, such as a booking page, may use its own cookies once you leave this site.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and conversation information only for as long as it is useful for responding, managing a potential or active engagement, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. As a general guide, an enquiry that does not become a project may be deleted within 24 months of the last meaningful contact, unless there is a good reason to retain it longer.
Where information is processed
Our hosting and email-delivery providers may process information in the UK, the European Economic Area or other countries where they operate. Where a provider transfers personal information internationally, it is responsible for applying the safeguards described in its own privacy documentation. We choose service providers with security and data-protection commitments appropriate to the service.
Your rights
Subject to legal exceptions, UK data-protection law may give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Email abdul.gure1@hello.celerityintelligence.com with enough information for us to identify your request.

Security and changes
We use HTTPS, server-side secrets and access controls appropriate to a small consultancy website. No internet transmission is completely risk-free. We may update this policy when the website, services or legal requirements change; the date above will show when it was last reviewed.
