These terms apply to your use of the Celerity Intelligence website. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About the website

Celerity Intelligence is a founder-led consultancy operated by Abdulrahman Gure. The site provides general information about AI automation, workflow improvement, systems integration and focused business software. It is intended for business users and is not a substitute for legal, financial, technical or other professional advice.

Enquiries are not an engagement

Submitting a form, sending an email or booking a call does not create a client relationship, accept a project or guarantee that Celerity will provide services. A proposal, scope, fees, timing, responsibilities, deliverables and any applicable intellectual-property terms will be agreed separately in writing before work begins.

Using the site

• Use the site only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its form endpoint, hosting or security.
• Do not submit another person’s personal information without their permission.
• Do not use the enquiry form to send malware, unlawful material, bulk advertising or misleading content.
• Do not copy, scrape, frame or republish the site in a way that suggests Celerity endorses you or your services.

Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Celerity name, brand mark, original copy, layouts, visual treatments and website code are owned by Celerity Intelligence or used with permission. They are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for your own business evaluation, but you must not reproduce, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit Celerity-owned materials without written permission.

Third-party names, software, fonts, links and services remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this site transfers ownership of them to you.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to Calendly for booking, LinkedIn for the founder profile and other providers used to operate contact or hosting features. Those services have their own terms, privacy notices and availability. Celerity does not control and is not responsible for the content, security or practices of an external site.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the site accurate, secure and available, but we do not promise that every page, link, integration or form will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Information may change without notice. If you rely on information for a significant decision, confirm it with us directly.

Responsibility and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celerity is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy. By submitting an enquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and may be used to respond to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the website or services change. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date. If a material change affects an active written engagement, the terms of that engagement will take priority.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
